I highly recommended Shannon at Deep Roots. I think of her as massage artist rather than just massage therapist. As I told her at my most recent visit, "It's not just massage, it's a whole thing". She takes the time to check in before each appointment and connect any issues outside physical concerns to the mind/body/spirit. Sessions are different each time, and she uses intuition combined with a variety of treatment modalities. After a session I notice I feel lighter, more at ease, and more accepting of what is happening in life. - AM
